Our food as for all life on earth is one of the essential elements we must consume to preserve our lives. However we do not believe just because it is an essential element it should lack diversity. Quite the contrary variety is indeed the spice of life, and all humans should be able to enjoy diversity in their diet; self-sufficiency is not about denial or lacking. We want to enjoy a diverse, fulfilling and nutritious diet; all that we have to do is work harder at providing our selves with a greater variety of basic ingredients to prepare our food from.

The links on the right will lead you to some of the ways we prepare what we produce in out gardens and on our fields, to help us better enjoy our food; and inevitably a better way of life.
